١. لوحة المتصدّرين (اختيارية تماماً). إذا أدخل اللاعب اسماً وأنهى لعبة، نرسل:
لا شيء غير ذلك. لا نجمع بريداً إلكترونياً ولا عمراً ولا جنساً ولا جهات اتصال ولا صوراً ولا موقعاً. إذا لم يُدخل اللاعب اسماً، لا يُرسل شيء إطلاقاً.
٢. ما يبقى على الجهاز ولا يغادره أبداً: لغة الواجهة، وتقدّم التلوين في كتاب التلوين، والصفحات التي شاهدها اللاعب، وإعداد الصوت. هذه محفوظة في ذاكرة المتصفّح على الجهاز فقط.
٣. في تطبيق Google Play تحديداً: لا يوجد أي تحليلات خارجية ولا عدّاد زيارات.
هذه معطّلة في نسخة التطبيق بشكل صريح داخل الكود (__APP_BUILD__).
٤. على الموقع فقط (وليس في التطبيق): نستخدم إحصاءات Vercel المجمّعة (عدد الزيارات، الدولة، نوع الجهاز — بدون كوكيز وبدون تعريف شخصي)، ورقماً عشوائياً في المتصفّح لعدّ الزوّار اليوميين مرة واحدة في اليوم. لا يمكن ربط أيٍّ من هذا بشخص بعينه.
لا توجد إعلانات، ولا مشتريات داخل التطبيق، ولا حزم إعلانية خارجية. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. تُخزَّن نتائج اللوحة لدى مزوّد قاعدة البيانات (Supabase) لتشغيل اللعبة فقط.
هذه اللعبة موجّهة للأطفال ونلتزم بسياسة العائلات في Google Play. لا نطلب من الطفل أي معلومة تعريفية، ولوحة المتصدّرين اختيارية. نطلب من الأهل توجيه أطفالهم لاستخدام اسم مستعار. إذا رأيتم اسماً يكشف هوية طفل، راسلونا وسنحذفه فوراً.
لحذف نتيجة أو اسم من لوحة المتصدّرين، راسلونا على البريد أدناه مع الاسم المستخدم، وسنحذف كل ما يخصّه خلال ٣٠ يوماً. لحذف كل ما هو محفوظ على الجهاز، يكفي حذف بيانات التطبيق أو إلغاء تثبيته.
صور الألغاز مأخوذة من ويكيبيديا وويكيميديا كومنز برخص المشاع الإبداعي، مع الإشارة إلى المصدر في كل لغز. صفحات التلوين مأخوذة من كتاب «رحلة إلى فلسطين» وتُنشر ضمن التطبيق للاستخدام التعليمي.
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة، وسننشر التغيير قبل تطبيقه.
للأسئلة أو طلبات الحذف: PUT-YOUR-EMAIL-HERE
1. Leaderboard (entirely optional). If a player types a name and finishes a game, we send:
Nothing else. No email, age, gender, contacts, photos or location. If no name is entered, nothing is sent at all.
2. Stored on the device and never sent anywhere: interface language, colouring-book progress, which pages have been opened, and the sound setting. These live in browser storage on the device only.
3. In the Google Play app specifically: there is no third-party analytics and no visit
counter. Both are explicitly disabled in the app build in code (__APP_BUILD__).
4. On the website only (not in the app): aggregate Vercel Web Analytics (page views, country, device type — no cookies, no personal identifiers) and a random browser value used to count daily unique visitors once per day. None of it can be linked to a specific person.
There are no advertisements, no in-app purchases and no third-party ad SDKs. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. Leaderboard scores are stored with our database provider (Supabase) purely to run the game.
This game is made for children and follows the Google Play Families policy. We ask a child for no identifying information, and the leaderboard is optional. We ask parents to have their children use a nickname. If you see a name that identifies a child, email us and we will remove it immediately.
To delete a leaderboard name or score, email us the name used and we will delete everything associated with it within 30 days. To remove everything held on the device, clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Puzzle photographs come from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licences, with the source credited on every puzzle. Colouring pages come from the book "Journey to Palestine" and are included for educational use.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and publish the change before it takes effect.
